Here's how I found my dream job on RedBalloon
Back during the pandemic, I was like many Americans: I had a good job, but I was working for a company that didn’t share my conservative Christian values.
It was getting harder and harder to ignore the conflict. So I went on the job hunt and found…nothing. No success.

Then my company went bankrupt and fired me (screenwriters call this the “all is lost” moment) and I went seven months without a job—until I discovered a job posting on RedBalloon (a conservative job board) that looked tailor-made for me.
Family Radio’s values aligned with mine perfectly, and I felt that this new job would allow me to serve God in a much bigger way.
"It was the perfect fit on both sides of the equation."
I called RedBalloon and told them fervently: “This is me.” Since they’d vetted me earlier in my job search, they were able to recommend me to Family Radio right away. Family Radio was as thrilled to find me as I was to find them. It was the perfect fit on both sides of the equation.
I’ve been spreading the word about RedBalloon ever since. If you’re scouting for a job that doesn’t require you to endure DEI training or kowtow to pronoun tyrants, RedBalloon is for you.
My Encouragement
Trust God. I was out of work for seven months and was never concerned. Align yourself with the right people. Don’t sacrifice your beliefs. Fighting for the freedom to exercise your values may be harder (and take longer) than keeping your head down, but that’s what real Americans are made for.
